I used sutherlands.com for curbside pickup and it was kind of a mixed experience. Placing the order online was easy, but after I checked in, I ended up waiting longer than I expected. It felt like nobody had read the message or noticed I was there until much later. The staff member who finally came out was nice, and my items were correct, so it wasn’t a huge problem. It just seemed a little unorganized. I’d probably use it again if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I’ve always trusted them, every experience I’ve had just kind of confirms what I already thought. They’ve never given me a reason to doubt them, so I’m happy to keep sticking with them.

I rented a floor sander from Sutherlands and had a great experience. The guy at the counter explained everything quickly, helped me get it loaded into my truck, and made the whole process super easy. The price seemed fair, the machine worked exactly like it was supposed to, and returning it was just as simple. I’d definitely rent from them again!

When I got to the store, the pickup counter was easy to find, and the guy helping me was friendly. He checked my name, brought everything out, and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. i was prepared for at least a little hassle, but nope. Would definitely use it again.
